INIT models of normal cell

INIT models are automatically generated Genome-Scale Metabolic Models for different human cell types. The first version models (r1) were generated for 69 different human cell types [1] whereas the second version models (r2) were generated by a revised algorithm and for 82 different human cell types [2]. For each cell type there is also provide a link to the Human Protein Atlas that provides further description of the human cell type and associated protein expression.
